Taxes: All prices on our website include tax. The price you see is the actual price you pay, excluding shipping costs.
Order Cancellation
If you cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase, we will refund you in full. If you wish to cancel your order, please email us. Once your order has been shipped, changes cannot be made.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be generated. If you would like to track your order, please provide your correct email address. While creating an account isn't required, it will make tracking your package easier.
Address/Phone Changes
If you wish to change the phone number or address you provided with your order, please contact us as soon as possible before your order ships. We cannot change this information once the order has been placed. In this case, you can request a return and place a new order.
Unable to track your order:
If there is an issue with your tracking number or package delivery, please contact the courier directly before contacting us. Your tracking information may take 1-4 business days to appear. In rare cases, tracking information may not be updated, but you will still receive your order. Please contact us for an estimated delivery time.
International Shipping: We currently ship only to the UK and do not ship to any other locations.
