Return And Refund Policy

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 business days of the delivery date for a full refund or exchange. We will process the refund within 3 business days of receiving the email. Please contact us at coslineservice@163.com for a return address. Please note that the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

All goods must be returned in their original, sold condition.
Not worn, washed, or altered, with all tags intact.
All items must be returned in their original packaging.
All items must be returned in one package.
Returns must be made to the same service used for the original delivery.
Custom-made items are non-returnable.

Returning Defective or Incorrect Items

How to return a damaged or incorrect item:

(1) Contact our customer service team via email at coslineservice@163.com

(2) Provide photos and a description of the damaged or incorrect item, along with the order number of the item in question.

Once we receive your email and assess the damage, we will contact you to determine the desired outcome. Please note that all damaged, defective, and incorrect items must be reported within 7 business days of delivery.

Returns:

If the size doesn't fit or you want to change the color, you can return it. However, you will be responsible for the shipping costs.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as it was received. It must also have the original packaging or company label.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

For returns:

Please ensure your return package clearly indicates that it is a return shipment (by checking the box on the mailing form). The total value of the returned items must also be stated.

Damaged and Defective Products:

We encourage you to inspect all received packaging for defects. If your item is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately, and we will work with you. Damaged or defective items will be replaced.

Refunds (if applicable):

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your return. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically charged to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain number of days. Original shipping charges are not included in your refund.

Delayed or missing refunds (if applicable):

If you haven't received your refund yet, please first check your bank account.

Then contact your credit card company. It may take some time for your refund to be officially issued. Next, contact your bank. Refunds usually take some time to process.
